Regeneration days and study days 9th – 16th August

The regeneration days and study days from 9th – 16th August 2026 offer the opportunity to deepen the practice of yoga, meditation and practical exercises in a calm atmosphere. The study days that will run in parallel will centre around the development of the heart centre, conscious practice of the asanas and the study of spiritual content.1)The introductory summary is added for the online edition. All practice and self-active forms of life that follow meaningful, aesthetic, noble aims with the greatest possible spiritual content, can be a contribution of peace for the whole of world creation.

Meditation, various soul exercises and physical exercises – the asanas – are a contributing activity for this work which does not only happen on an egoistic basis but is best suited for bringing an objective offering into the world. What is important, however, for this entire, practical contribution is that the technical competence is given sufficient consideration and an exercise, such as, for example the one shown in the picture is accompanied both by a clear overview and awareness and also by an objective ability to perceive.

While the regeneration days take place in Naone, at the same time, study participants can come this week to work on the theme of developing the heart centre and to carry out ample practical exercises.
