Recognising black magic – the world of the moon

According to this article, black magic is recognised less in outer rituals than in the hidden orientation of a person’s will. It becomes apparent in lies, irrational claims to truth, self-deception and in influences that weaken the social environment. Good perception, taking responsibility and sincere self-examination counteract black magic.¹⁾Both the introductory summary and the questions and answers at the end of the article were added for the online edition. This is the second part of a series of articles on black magic. The first part outlined the meaning and the basic mechanism of black magic.

How the hidden will becomes apparent in a person’s surroundings

Both black magic and white magic have various forms of expression and those who sufficiently practice meditation and spiritual training can read into the type of hand gestures, into the type of relationships people have with each other and lastly into people’s subtle²⁾The terms ‘subtle’, ‘astral’ and ‘energetic’ are used in the way used by spiritual research. They refer to causal connections within the realm of the soul and spirit and not energy in the physically measurable sense. emanations. Observing a wide variety of people is particularly valuable, not only how they look but actually, how with their hidden will they cast their being onto nature, onto their surroundings and ultimately onto the health of others and even onto society as a whole, creating causes with consequences. This field of study of observing the phenomenology of humanity, a dimension that if pursued with caution and care, would uncover many hidden mechanisms of action.

An individual person is never neutral. With their soul people exert an influence on nature and on those around them and can create beautiful forms or ugly, unpleasant images. Magic resides in the will of the human being, deep down. The things that people say can point in different directions. However, with what kind of will are they charged? What hidden call dwells in their depths? The echo of this hidden movement of the will certainly becomes apparent in others. Therefore, one criterion to recognise what exists in the depths of a person’s will is to observe the environment in which they operate. It is, in fact, the environment that reflects back the will of a single, key figure. To decipher this hidden intention and its inevitable consequences, and thus distinguish black magic from white magic, the conditions of relationships that unfold between people must be carefully examined.

Outwardly, teachers who teach a poor lesson project their own inadequacy onto the students, preventing them from flourishing in their development, or if a management consultant who describes him or herself  as ‘daring’, finds that their projects are plagued by every conceivable conflict and disruption, even escalating into economic and social chaos,  this shows the true state of the consultant’s soul. Careful observation of the effects can definitely provide good clarity as to which forces are lying behind the outer words that have been spoken.

Someone’s handshake and the way they look at another as an expression of relationship

To understand magic, it is important to observe the two celestial bodies, the Sun and the Moon, more closely. A complete absence of sun forces, combined with an unconscious immersion in the influences of the moon, predisposes a person towards black magic.

White magic is akin to the firm, clear, and sincere handshake exchanged between two people – a gesture that signifies respect for and a movement towards the other. In black magic, by contrast, a person extends their hand, and yet their soul withdraws amidst this gesture – which is like a rejection of the other person. With this gesture the other is not perceived nor are they treated with respect. Instead, a shadowy figure hovers over their heads and hands and tragically dictates from then on, the conditions of this relationship. The shadow accompanying the hand gesture does not accord the other person the dignity of attention; rather, pictorially seen, steers them toward the back of their own person and individuals who act in this way, out of a lack of morality, dominate with the power of that shadow.

Irrational claims to truth and energetic exploitation.

Black magic actually uses the light of world creation, absorbs it and then appears to unleash calculated advantages driven by self-interest. The primary and most significant act of black magic – that disarms the life of the soul, brings it out of the luminous heights and creates an earthly gravitational pull of self-serving interests – lies in irrational claims on the truth. These claims are found in religious groups, in various bible study circles, churches, followers of doctrines, and not only there, but also in a wide variety of human interactions. Consider how parents, asserting an absolute claim to truth, can bind their children to their own egos and use the children to gain an energetic advantage over the other. Magic, both morally integral white energy, as well as, the shielding, obscuring black magic, makes itself apparent in the various ways in which humans can be morally attuned to each other.

Sincerity as a protection from lies and manipulation

Speaking paradoxically, therefore, one of the first significant deeds that people must carry out in order to develop black magic, is never to face other people honestly or to meet them with a truly sincere look. They have to consciously bring the other into a false light of perception. However, is it sustainable in the long run, on the one hand to practice consciousness, while on the other hand, wanting to consciously transport a lie? Conscious instruction in black magic is therefore connected with considerable difficulties, which people create for themselves through their own consciousness. A sincere or at least consciously held look that meets the other with dignity and with a good empathetic awareness usually causes those who are dishonest to feel awkward. At the same time, this sincere look protects from devious attacks and black magic practices. Furthermore, people cannot engage in black magic without having previously harmed others in their life. The greater the harm inflicted on others in the past, the more powerfully such a person can manipulate and energetically exploit others through lies and deception. For those who are practicing black magic, lying, deceit and causing harm must already be sufficiently ingrained as habits.

Playing victim, religious claim and self-aggrandisement

People who are inclined towards black magic are usually narcissists³⁾The term ‘narcissist‘ is used here to describe an attitude of self-aggrandisement, a lack of taking up relationship and the instrumental using of other people. In this context, it does not refer to a clinical psychiatric diagnosis., cunning deceivers or people who always take on the role of the victim. Their psyche is marked by a certain pathology. They quite often view themselves as saviours of humanity or at least as possessors of special knowledge. In reality, however, they live within an energy pattern that elevates their own personality and weakens others.

A further hallmark of black magic is a religious claim or, more broadly, a claim to moral truth. Ethical blasphemy⁴⁾ ‘Ethical blasphemy‘ here refers not to a conventional act of sacrilege against a godhead or religion, but to the degradation and perversion of ethical content while simultaneously claiming to act from a position of high moral or religious standing. or the related phenomenon of theomania⁵⁾The term theomania refers to: religious madness in which the patient believes that he is the Deity or is inspired. (Definition from Merriam-Webster) are only considered pathological conditions in certain circumstances. They are, however, not uncommon and frequently arise from an energetic dissonance with the social environment. The people in the surroundings become ill while the person who is practicing black magic prides themselves in their good health. Thus, people’s hidden will is not necessarily reflected in their physicality but rather in the people surrounding them.

In any case, claims to the truth – as mere claims – are irrational and all too easily give a semblance of energy that does not actually exist within the reality of venerable engagement and work. When the claims become totalitarian and are linked with harming others, speaking badly about people behind their backs or condemning specific people or groups of people, these disagreeable circumstances increasingly take on a black magic character.

Self-examination and responsibility dissolve displacement

Contributing and taking responsibility, studying content that forms consciousness and critical observation of both oneself and others, lead to this dissolution of every energetic displacement⁶⁾‘Energetic displacement’ here refers to a relational dynamic in which people project their own unresolved tendencies of their will and soul onto others and use the resulting reactions to stabilise or elevate their own personality. that is typical for black magic activity. Paradoxically speaking, for black magic to develop, the human psyche must avoid confronting external truths and must strictly refrain from placing itself in the light of its own self-examination. No matter how dominant they may be, the words and actions involved must constitute both a lie to humanity and a form of self-deception. Those who want to engage in black magic must therefore deceive their own consciousness with the illusion that they are ‘good person’ and the saviour.

Contradictions and aggression flare up as soon as a black magician’s ‘self’ is attacked. Black magicians will never remain silent, instead, they will act covertly and deviously, or employ powerful, manipulative tactics to defend their own narcissistic self-image. Indeed, they will go further: not only defending it but skilfully exploiting it in order to use criticism directed at them to their own advantage. Psychological and energetic gain are the aims of black magic.

For the black magician, engaging constructively with thematic content and with significant wisdom, to use a colloquialism, is like holy water to the devil. The avoidance of clear content and factual correction is a hallmark of all dangerous magic. Maybe it is possible to express an alternative opinion to a black magician, regarding something that they have said, however, one should be wary of attempting to correct or engage in a discussion over the content with a person who has built their energetic framework on foreign energy.⁷⁾ In this context ‘foreign energy’ refers to forces that are not generated through a person’s own effort and development of consciousness, but are instead derived from the reactions and attachments of other people.

The danger of unconscious cult acts

Cult acts in which people summon up ‘good spirits’ – believing themselves to be unequivocally aligned with the ‘good’ – are ugly forms of existence that appear unworthy of a sound spirituality. Which fatal astral forces from the realms beyond death creep into human souls during these actions and even strengthen them in their energetic, vital gain, but actually tie the consciousness more tightly to the physical body?⁸⁾See footnote 2
