The study in Lundo and Naone has so far proven to be of an outstanding and unique value. In general, it consists of developing the art of asana in various degrees of difficulty, demands and aesthetic forms. However, the development of meditation content is central, as well as methodical ways of object-related concentration, contemplation and integrative insights to knowledge. Working with texts and other exercises for the soul, like for example observations of nature, form a further content-related area of study. Through this engagement individuals develop deeper sensory organs that constitute a greater openness to feel life out of the soul and prepare the first clairvoyant insights. Furthermore, there is practical creative artistic work motivated towards training the activity of forming mental pictures and putting a tangible idea into practice. Last but not least, days are also planned with sport and cultural activities so that what has been learned during the study days is brought directly into a practical form. The aim of the whole study is not to preserve energy, as is common in many yoga courses, but to create energy or, to put it another way, prana or life energy, and ultimately integrate this into life, and this gives those practicing the greatest possible unfolding of health.

In the first phases of participation in the study programme, life does not yet have to gain a completely new orientation. Many types of attachment that weigh down on individuals can still be held onto without concern. However, if individuals want to make really good progress and seriously shape their lives according to morally high ideals and really want to gain a new beginning in their personal future perspectives, they must place the spiritual study at the centre and even if they only cultivate it for half an hour every day, it should still be the centre of their efforts. The regularity of the study and ultimately the engagement with the essential possibilities offered by the study, form a particularly good basis for maintaining the health of the whole organism. It is not an external energy that heals people but their own activity that leads to a reordering of the whole of their existence.

It is not the energy that can be gained out of the position that is the focal point of the practice but the energy that is set free, through the engagement with the thoughts, for a greater surrounding field.

A synthesis of spirituality with a profession and with all the different areas of life people relate to should not be a pure, outer combining. Just as good cooks do not just boil potatoes and then add onions, some parsley, salt, vinegar and then mix everything with a blender until it is soft and mushy, so that they finally offer a formless potato salad, but rather carefully prepare the ingredients individually, leave the onions and parsley raw, heat the potatoes the right amount and thus bring the food into an appropriate, tasty and differentiated form and a noble taste experience, in the same sense those who develop a synthesis of spirituality and life must work out the individual relationships in life situations and lead these to a new level. They are not concoction wizards but highly sensitive shapers of life processes. Practitioners must not unilaterally tolerate a kind of mixing of two different worlds but they must use their creative imagination and learn to give content-ful spiritual thoughts an outer form in life. This discipline only seems possible if spiritual study is the centre of life and the content resulting from spiritual research is worked on very carefully.

Health-promoting shaping of language

  • illustrative images, counter-images

(Characteristics, context, description not convoluted, order. logic, aim)

  • Framework/context, introduction, orientation, movement towards the listeners
  • exoteric (simple, authentic, concrete, practical, uncomplicated)
  • Attitude, motive
  • exit and conclusion – place a law
  • perspectives should have been created of language

However, practitioners must not remain in the world of pure study and even create for themselves in this world a kind of withdrawal from life. Good study requires the implementation of thoughts and ideas into societal life. For example, someone could undertake long studies of the game table tennis, but never pick up a table tennis bat and practice playing with others. People who in this way study only for themselves without any further practical continuation will never become real table tennis players. In the same sense, people who flee completely into the world of study and do not cultivate any ambitions for society, cannot find a centre and ultimately cannot really integratively develop their personality. Integration and personal integrity therefore require careful study and ambition to implement this into practical life.

A study in this sense has a healing, strengthening and beautifying effect on life. Accomplishing the order that spiritual study increasingly moves into the centre of life and that life is not determined by attachments with their covetous and emotional unrest, is an active effort that everyone who seeks healing must adopt with good self-reflection and objective insight into the various circumstances. Developing a centre strengthens the heart function and supports a healthy immune defence.

Soul exercises with observations of nature, as well as sport and walking accompany the studies and expand the ability to feel with the soul.
